Kern Health Systems is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Kern County by collaborating with community partners to identify and address local health needs. Kern Health Systems actively supports Kern County Public Health in the Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan through participation in stakeholder meetings, data sharing and analysis, funding and resources.
